Orders Over $50 Placed Within The US Ship Free Of Charge.

Due to an increase of orders, processing can take 3-4 days. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at hello@smellslikebooks.com.

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES:
We Offer a Shipping Protection Option at Checkout!

If you opt out of shipping protection, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. If you've added purchase protection and your item is lost or stolen:

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS:
Every Scent is Available As a Sampler!

If you are unsure about a candle or fine fragrance scent, we strongly encourage you to order a sampler first. Samples are free! You pay $5 to order your sample and it comes with a $5 Smells Like Books gift card!

We can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened products. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on samples, perfume rollers, sample packs, lotion candles, and limited edition products. We only accept returns if product shows no signs of use. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of opening, tampering, or use.
