CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at: hello@smellslikebooks.com. If your order has shipped, it can not be cancelled and we will be unable to issue a refund.

 

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

By placing an order using our “Subscribe and Save” program, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be automatically charged until you cancel.

 You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, if you do not cancel before the subscription renews and your order ships, we will be unable to issue a refund.

You can easily pause, skip or cancel shipments and even switch products, all within an easy-to-use dashboard! The link to your dashboard can be found in your first subscription confirmation email or by logging into your subscription account.
