Please contact our team at: hello@smellslikebooks.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get the process started.

If you're experiencing an issue with a Smells Like Books product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine the best solution!

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
